5 Bed/4 bath, approx. 3,700 sq ft, pool, on the golf course, in Queens Harbour Yacht & CC. Home sold for just under $900,000 a year and a half ago. I have the opportunity to sell it for under $499,900. WOW! Call me.
I also have a HANDYMAN SPECIAL, 3/1 bath home for $29,000 Needs around $15,000 in rehab, ARV is estimated at around $70-$75,000.
I am thinking of having a drawing to give away 2 homes that I currently own. The rules will be: $200 entry fee, 100 words or less essay, must have 500 entries by June 1st, 2008 or entries will be returned. If we recieve enough entries a winner will be drawn and I will pay off the mortgage & all closing costs/commissions with the entries and the winner will be deeded the house. WOW!
